Shipping Policy

1. Craft does not ship jewelry to areas outside of the US.

2. Shipping is free for every order. Free shipping is provided via UPS Ground (Priority Mail). The expected delivery time is 2 to 3 business days. Optionally you may ship your items over night for an additional charge of $10.

3. Due to store hour constraints, our items are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Orders received before 5pm are guaranteed shipment on the next available shipping day.

4. If an item is not in stock, you will be notified by e-mail or phone.

5. You will be contacted to process your order based upon the information you provide.

6. All items are shipped in a Craft Jewelry gift box.

1. You are required to notify us and provide your order number before shipping a returned item.

2. All returns must be post marked within 14 days from date of receipt.

3. All purchases from Craft Jewelry are mailed with a tag. Returns are not accepted if this tag has been removed.

4. All returns must be shipped in the Craft Jewelry gift box.

5. Returns are shipped at the consumer's expense.
